Each exhibition hall features interactive Hakka cultural experiences that are both engaging and fun. The venue spans three floors: the first floor houses the "World Hakka 'Extraordinary' Splendor" exhibition of Hakka intangible cultural heritage, while the second floor displays other cultural exhibits. Additionally, there are stalls selling Hanfu, a souvenir shop, and snack vendors.
