Sisters and Sludge is underrated and I’m surprised that I haven’t visited until today. I had a panini, a special panini with housemate spinach artichoke spread and it was great. The “Shot In The Dark” was unlike any other espresso shot I’ve ever tried. It started out strong floated espresso at the top, the chilled soy layer softened the blow, & the vanilla at the bottom felt like a warm blanket to wrap it up. This is a top 10 spot, definitely add it to your list. They’ve got a huge coffee menu and specialize in espresso shots (They’ve got a espresso shots club that meets at 6AM). The idea originated from the experiential foodie trend where you feel something when after your first bite and something on your last.
