Starbucksp Reserve Roastery

We weren't sure if this was just a big, glorified Starbucksp, but it turns out it's so much more! We decided to go later in the day, when the line was only 10ish people or so. It's actually really nice that they limit the number of people inside, as it makes for a better experience overall. If you're a coffee fan, it's totally worth it. We first went to each of the floors to decide what we wanted and then made our selection to try a Siphon Flight on the 3rd floor. That was such a fun experience! It's obviously not how we normally brew our coffee, nor how a typical Starbucks brews any coffee, but it was fun to watch and learn. We really enjoyed it all, too! Our pastries weren't warmed (as they would be in a typical Starbucks), but they still tasted good. It was definitely more of an experience of coffee, similar to going to a wine tasting.
