A short walk from the train station and situated right on Lake Geneva. Staff were excellent. I saw first hand many obnoxious and rude guests and staff remained polite, dealing with their issues. Breakfast is a good standard of buffet with plenty of choice and everything was also available during my stay. There were various containers of sweets dotted around the foyer and a complimentary coffee machine, which meant I could sit down and relax whilst waiting to Check In/Out. The room was clean and well stocked with a complimentary mini bar and coffee machine. My only gripe was the view from my room. I booked a Cosy Mona Lake view with balcony (maybe wrongly) expecting a view of the whole lake. My room was situated on the 1st floor, which meant that although I could see the lake through trees and shrubs, it wasn't the view I would have had higher up. I would have no hesitation staying again. A very good hotel, in a very good location, with very good staff.
