Osaka Travel Review: A fun city, delicious food, and amazing smiles 💖🐙🍜 Hello everyone! Today, Boom will tell you about my Osaka trip in Japan. This trip was so awesome! It was a dream trip filled with happiness, fun, and delicious food. 🥰✨ Osaka is a big city that is very lively. There are many shopping areas, restaurants, and beautiful tourist attractions that are truly Japanese. Anyone who comes here will definitely fall in love. If you are ready, let's start the adventure with Boom! ⸻ Day 1: Arrive in Osaka, Dotonbori is the first place to go! After we arrived at Kansai International Airport, I felt very excited because my mind was full of travel plans. We took the JR train from the airport to Osaka City. It took about 50 minutes to reach Namba Station. This area is the center of Osaka's liveliness and colors. After checking in at the hotel, we immediately went for a walk at Dotonbori. This place is like a food lover's paradise. There are takoyaki restaurants. (Grilled squid balls) are everywhere. The smell of sauce and mayonnaise wafts up to your nose, making your mouth water. We tried the hot takoyaki, fragrant with sweet sauce, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. It was so delicious that we had to buy it again 2 more times. In addition to takoyaki, you must try okonomiyaki, Japanese pancakes with shrimp, pork, and vegetables, topped with a special sauce. The taste is so delicious that you can't put down the last bite on the plate! The Glico Man neon sign at Dontonbori is another landmark that you must take a picture of. It's an image that everyone who comes to Osaka must have in their album. ⸻ Day 2: Have fun to the max at Universal Studios Japan 🎢🎠 The next day, we woke up early to go to Universal Studios Japan (USJ), which is so much fun. It can be called the dream theme park. We started from the Harry Potter zone, which is like entering a real magical world. There is Hogsmeade Village, Hogwarts Castle, and we tried Butterbeer, a sweet and mellow butter beer that you can't miss! Next, we went to the Minions zone, which was so cute. There were so many fun rides and cute souvenir shops everywhere. The most exciting thing is the newly opened Super Nintendo World zone. It feels like you are in the favorite game of today's kids and us, the adults at heart. There are interactive games to play. It's so much fun that you forget the time. For those who like thrilling rides, you must try The Flying Dinosaur, a mid-air somersault ride that will make you scream in the amusement park! ⸻ Day 3: Visit Osaka Castle and shop in Shinsaibashi 🏯🛍️ On the third day, we visited an important landmark of Osaka, Osaka Castle, which is beautiful and full of history. We like to walk around the garden around the castle, which is full of green trees. If you go in spring, you will see cherry blossoms blooming everywhere. It's so beautiful that you have to take pictures all the way. We went up to see the view from the top of the castle. We saw a panoramic view of Osaka City. The cool air made us feel very refreshed. In the afternoon, we went shopping at Shinsaibashi, a shopping area with many fashion shops, cute cafes, and souvenir shops. While shopping, we also tasted soft red bean mochi. And the delicious buttery cream puffs made me forget the time while shopping. ⸻ Day Four: Visit Kyoto, a city of traditional culture 🏮🎎 Today we took the train to Kyoto, a city not far from Osaka, full of ancient Japanese culture. We started at Fushimi Inari Taisha Shrine, with its long red torii gates leading up the mountain, like we were in a fairy tale. Then we went to Gion, an old district where there are still girls wearing kimonos walking through the streets, making us feel like we had traveled back in time to ancient Japan. We ended by watching the sunset at Kiyomizu-dera Temple on the hill, with a beautiful view of Kyoto. It was so beautiful that we wanted to stay there for a long time. ⸻ Day Five: Cute cat cafe and view of Abeno Harukas skyscrapers 🐱🌇 On our last day, we took a cute break at a cat cafe in Tennoji. The cats here have very soft fur, are super cute, and are very kind and love playing with people. Playing with cats until I feel so good, it's like having a new warm friend back home. In the evening, go up to see the view at Abeno Harukas, the tallest building in Japan, located in the heart of Osaka. Watch the beautiful sunset. The whole city is covered in golden light. It's a really impressive sight. ⸻ Summary of my impressions 💕 Osaka is a city full of cuteness, brightness, and smiles. The food is delicious, there are many tourist attractions, and transportation is very convenient. If anyone is hesitating about where to go in Japan, we recommend Osaka as the first choice.
