Osaka… A city full of endless charm 💖 As soon as the plane touched down at Kansai Airport, our hearts jumped like children who got a new toy. Osaka is a city that is both warm and lively at the same time. Whether you are traveling alone, with friends or with your family, you will never get bored! 🌸 The first place we stopped at was Osaka Castle. This is a classic landmark that is so beautiful that you will have to exclaim "wow!" The white and gold castle stands tall in a vast green garden, and there are also rows of cherry blossoms (if you come during the cherry blossom season, it will be so awesome!). Inside the castle is a historical museum. Walk up to the top and you will get a 360-degree view of the city. It is so impressive that you want to freeze time right there. 🏯✨ 🍜 When you come to Osaka, how can we not talk about food? The Dotonbori area is a paradise for foodies and photographers. If you are a first-time visitor, don't miss posing with the legendary Glico sign! But what's even better is the hot takoyaki, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The batter has a light soy sauce aroma. When you chew on it, you'll find big shrimp or squid that will melt your heart. 💕 Another must-try menu is okonomiyaki, an Osaka-style Japanese pancake filled with vegetables, meat, and a special sauce. It's so fragrant that you'll have to order more! 🛍️ Shopping in Shinsaibashi If Dotonbori is a food district, Shinsaibashi is a money-losing district! This long street has a variety of shops, from luxury brands to Japanese cosmetics shops with prices that are so cute that you'll break your hands carrying your stuff back to your hotel! Some shops even have staff who speak Thai. The service is so lovely and warm 💸🛒 🎡 Another place that we fell in love with is Universal Studios Japan (USJ). That day, we wore minion ears and walked through the Harry Potter zone. It was so cool~ Hogwarts Castle was so magnificent. We also got to drink cold Butterbeer and hold a magic wand to take pictures like we were really in the magical world. The rides were so much fun that our hearts were going to fall out (but we played around many times 😆). Whether it was Spider-Man, Jaws, or Mario Kart, every zone was filled with unlimited happiness. 💫 ⛩️ Then we stopped by to pay homage at Sumiyoshi Taisha Shrine. (Sumiyoshi Taisha), a bright red shrine that was quiet, shady, and had a red arched bridge that reflected in the water in the pond, looking like a postcard. Walking on this bridge was like stepping into an ancient Japanese painting. Photography enthusiasts will be thrilled. 📸🍃 🚆 Osaka's transportation system is also great. Whether it's the subway, JR, or tram, everything is on time. And there are English signs almost everywhere. It's very easy to get around. If you're afraid of getting lost, don't worry. There's also an IC card that you can tap and pass through right away, perfect for those who are confused like us 😂 🍡 Souvenirs to bring home Must have 551 Horai, a steamed bun with a dense texture and a fragrant smell that pierces through the box (Even Japanese people line up to buy it!) and Pablo Cheese Tart Cheesey, fragrant, slightly sweet, with a slight sourness that's just right. Anyone who eats it will definitely love it 🎁 🎀 The cuteness of Osaka It's not just the place, but also the people. Everyone is smiling, friendly and ready to help tourists with all their heart. The feeling I got was "warm in the Japanese style but friendly in the Osaka style", a unique characteristic that you can't find anywhere else 🥺💖 🌟 Summary of the Osaka trip It's a feel-good experience packed with every minute, fun, delicious, exciting and heartwarming.
