Penang solo trip Getting there : from KL I booked the train 2 ways, around 180 ringgit Day 1: Peranakan museum, feturingi beach Day 2: Georgetown I had a lovely 2D2N trip to Penang and really enjoyed the experience. It’s a charming little town with a mix of heritage, street art, and local character. The highlight was definitely the food—so many delicious options everywhere, from hawker stalls to cozy cafés. It’s a great spot for a short and relaxing getaway, with plenty to explore without feeling rushed. It’s a regret that the mountain was closed for maintenance purposes.
