Afternoon Tea Time

Today, I enjoyed an afternoon tea with friends and tried two different tea sets: the Pastries Tea Set, which focuses on sweet treats, and the Toastie Afternoon Tea Set, which features savory delights. Both tea sets had their own unique charm. The Cinnamon Sugar French Toast was absolutely divine! Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and infused with the sweet aroma of cinnamon sugar 😋 Every bite was pure happiness! The Cheese Toastie was equally impressive! Golden and crispy toast filled with rich, gooey cheese, paired with a homemade tomato sauce that was perfectly tangy and sweet—an absolute must-try for cheese lovers 🤤 The Sea Salt Caramel Cream Angel Cake was light and airy, melting in your mouth with a subtle hint of sea salt that balanced the sweetness of the caramel perfectly. 🍰 The Earl Grey Tea Latte was rich and smooth, with a perfect balance of tea and milk flavors—not too sweet and an excellent pairing with the toast. ☕️ The Orange Fizz, with its tangy and sweet citrus flavor, was incredibly refreshing. 🍊 📍Twenty-One by Eight G/F, 93 Hill Road, Sai Wan, Shek Tong Tsui, Hong Kong
