The spicy stir-fry method is absolutely delicious—the more you eat, the more addictive it becomes! Braised Eel with Yam 🐟 A heaping plate 🈵🈵, glazed in rich, savory sauce—just looking at it whets your appetite. The eel 🐟 is plump, tender, and falls right off the bone 🍖, while the yam fully absorbs the essence of the sauce, becoming creamy and sweet 🍠. Truly a testament to Chongming's local ingredients 🌾!
