i remember being super duper excited that there was a new ice cream place opening up a stone's throw away from where i lived, where it was known as Just Because Creamery. i distinctly remember ordering my first scoop & being super impressed by the quality of the ice cream. fast forward years later, with a successful rebranding & many more outlets under its name, i finally made my way back to The Better Scoop for my mochi ice cream fix 🥸 (my family & i regularly get our ice cream fix thanks to their takeout pints 😋) We had one scoop of 铁观音 Tie Guan Yin with a extra layer of mochi skin on top & it was so so good. the mochi skin is the perfect mix of chewy without being too thick, working as the perfect support to bring out more of the ice cream's flavour 😋 #singaporeguide#food
