Ethnographical Museum Fun

#summervacay If you’re even a little bit curious about how people used to live in Georgia way back in the day, the Ethnographical Museum in Tbilisi is a cool stop. It’s basically an open-air museum where you stroll through different traditional houses from all over the country. Each one is built in its original style, wood, stone, clay, thatched roofs, you name it! Walking through feels like you’re exploring a tiny village frozen in time. Some houses are super cozy, others are wild (hello, tower houses from Svaneti). They even have old-school tools, furniture, and wine-making gear inside, so you really get the vibe. It’s a bit spread out, so wear comfy shoes and maybe bring water if it’s hot. Not super crowded, which makes it extra chill. Also, the location on the hill means you get some nice views of the city while you explore. Overall, it’s lowkey but super interesting, perfect if you like culture stuff without it being all stiff and formal.
