Wat Saprasansuk, Ubon Ratchathani Province

Wat Saprasansuk or Wat Ban Na Muang is located in Ban Na Muang, Village No. 2, Rai Noi Subdistrict, Mueang District, Ubon Ratchathani Province. It is a temple that Phra Sasanadilok (Sen), the preceptor of Luang Pu Bunmee Sotipalo, pioneered and laid the foundation for its construction from the beginning. It was established in 1937, approximately 5 kilometers from the city center, north of the airport. It is a temple with an unusual chapel built in the shape of a Suphannahong boat decorated with ceramics. Ajarn Bunmee was the abbot (he has now passed away). It is highly respected by the people of Ubon Ratchathani and nearby provinces. Other interesting things include a bell tower decorated with ceramics, the Luang Pu Bunmee Museum, and the Wihan Klang Nam Ruea Thammanakrat, or simply the Wihan Klang Nam, built in the middle of the water on a Naga serpent shaped like a boat. The head is a five-headed Naga. The entrance to the Wihan Klang Nam is the walkway on the tail of the Naga.
