【Dragon Boat Festival Beyond Rice Dumplings】Try something different for family gatherings.

During the Dragon Boat Festival holiday, instead of just eating rice dumplings, we decided to switch things up for our family gathering and went to "Enjoy Duck." Overall, it was a great experience. The dishes were quite diverse, the portions were generous, and everyone left feeling satisfied. There was a live duck carving show at the restaurant. Although I've seen it a few times before, I still find it quite entertaining every time. Among the dishes, the most memorable ones were the Jade Fish Roe Steamed Egg, which was incredibly smooth and had just the right amount of salty aroma from the fish roe; and the Stir-Fried Beef with Pickled Cabbage, which was perfectly tangy and super appetizing—ideal for hot weather.
