🌿 Walking along the riverside… with a cool breeze that makes your heart feel light One of our favorite activities that doesn't cost any money is… Walking along the Dotonbori River in the evening. The golden light from the sunset reflects off the water, sparkling all over. The soft sound of tourist boats and the laughter of the people make us smile without realizing it. 🍃 There are some corners where buskers play soft music as background music to bring the view in front of us to life. We sit and sip on a bottle of green tea from Lawson and watch the lives of the people walking by like a scene from a warm Japanese movie. After watching it, we want to go back again. 🧃🎶 ⸻ 🐾 Cat, bear, and minion cafes… heal everyone's hearts Osaka is truly a city for cafe lovers. Because no matter where you go, there are cute themed cafes hidden in every corner! We tried a cat cafe not far from Shinsaibashi. When we entered, we saw many cats sitting and waiting elegantly like the princes and princesses of the shop. Some came to greet us, some looked at us with their eyes. “Buy me some sweets!” We gave in and bought them without hesitation. 555+ 😻 In addition, there are bear cafes, Kuma, Kitty cafes, and green tea cafes. Cafes that serve sweets that look like cartoon animals. Everything is so good! Especially when the sweets are placed in front of you. It’s not just sweets… But it’s really “cuteness that you can eat” 💗🍰 ⸻ 🎨 Small art museums and creative neighborhoods Some people may not know that Osaka also has cool art corners hidden away. Such as the quiet but very cute Nakazakicho area! A small alley decorated with posters, hand-painted art, A handmade shop, and a uniquely decorated coffee shop. Everything looks simple but has a very clear character. We bought a cloth bag with a cat print from a shop and a watercolor pin from a small shop where a Japanese old lady stood and sold her stuff with a smile, proud of her work. It’s something that has the most sentimental value. 🎒🎨 ⸻ 🍜 Tenjinbashi-suji area – the longest shopping street in Japan! Did you know that Osaka has a shopping street that is over 2.6 kilometers long? That's right... This is Tenjinbashi-suji Shopping Street Lined with traditional Japanese shops, restaurants and sweet shops We walked, ate and bought without realizing it, tasting rich green tea soft-serve ice cream We ate hot croquettes at a lovely price and also found an antique shop A second-hand bookstore, an old wooden cafe serving aromatic coffee With soft jazz playing in the background For those who want to see a simple, unhurried Japanese life, this is the answer 📚 ⸻ 🚃 Osaka Trains - It's like playing a real-life board game! Traveling in Osaka is another fun thing because there are many train lines to choose from, from Osaka Metro to JR and Nankai If you like systematic and orderly, you will definitely love traveling in this city. Some stations have hidden artworks, such as Hommachi or Namba Stations, which are beautifully decorated like galleries. Some stations have underground shopping malls that are fun like a maze. You can walk around and accidentally buy some sweets. Buy cosmetics without realizing it 555+ ⸻ 🎁 Cute souvenirs that are not just things… but memories Before going home, we went to Don Quijote (Donki) that is open 24 hours. With a long list of souvenirs, including KitKat snacks with strange flavors Pudding boxes, Sanrio characters, cartoon models Irresistible stationery And what we like the most is finding a “Shiba Inu notebook that always smiles” It’s so cute that I want to write about Osaka on every page. 🐶🧡 Things bought back to Thailand are not just things… But they are good feelings that I want to share with others. ⸻ 💌 A soft conclusion in my heart Osaka is a city that doesn’t require much effort, but it makes us fall in love easily with the smiles of the locals, the smell of takoyaki in the evening, the laughter from the amusement park, and the city lights reflected in our eyes. It is not a luxurious city, but there is “warmth” in every detail, whether it’s a small smile on the street, a quiet alley with a cute dessert shop. Or a journey that even if you get lost, there are always people ready to help Osaka is a city that… “If you come here, you will want to come again.
