This time we visited the "OkomiYaki Yukari Sonezaki Main Store" which was founded in 1950 and has a history of 74 years. 🔥Although it was a weekday evening, the store was already 80% full, and we had to make a reservation in advance to get a seat. The wooden and simple decoration is full of Showa style. Food/Features 🔥Yukari is famous for its attention to ingredients, and even lists seven prides on the official website. This time I ordered two classics: "Special Mix Grill", "Green Onion Grill", and a seafood and cheese grill. 🔥Special Mix Grill brings together pork tenderloin, squid, shrimp, octopus, and rich ingredients. Every bite is a perfect combination of various good ingredients; Green Onion Grill is seasoned with a large amount of green onions and refreshing soy sauce. It has a light taste and a distinct flavor, which contrasts with the rich sauce of ordinary Okonomiyaki. 🔥The Okonomiyaki here is made by the staff, eliminating the embarrassment of doing it yourself but being in a hurry. Although the preparation time will be longer, you can order some ready-made meals including appetizers such as teppanyaki asparagus rolls while waiting, and you can also appreciate the process of the staff's cooking and taste the store's intentions for customers to enjoy the food.
